Yes of course. Not sure where you’re from Krystal but I speak very little Spanish and don’t have problems getting around in Spain. Certainly in the cities you’ll hear every language spoken and most hotels have a multi-lingual receptionist. Tourist Information offices usually have leaflets in a number of languages. It wouldn’t hurt to have a phrase book with you so you could point to something if you were in difficulty, especially if you were out in the countryside or a small town.
